MMORPG for the Gender Benders
You see them almost everyone these days. In movies, in the streets, heck even talk shows like talking about them especially, because they're the new marginalized group of people in our day and age.
Need more hints? In as much as I'd like to just be blunt about the whole thing, I'm going along the constructive route and consider these people as those who were willing enough to "follow who they really are and go against society's norms," so as my way of paying my respects to them I shall call them as the "gender benders".
With that set and done, I'm going to finally move on to the whole idea of my title. In as much as these gender benders try to make the world accept their existence, it seems that the gaming industry, more so the MMO world has yet to try and "infuse" their kind into online games.
There have been some MMO games that center on the idiosyncrasies of these people but they are all centering around the humor of being one. What I'm referring to as "their infusion to the MMO industry" is more on the serious side of such games.
I don't really know why there hasn't been a good character class that utilizes this system but as my way of helping out those developers who seem to be open to idea, here are some character classes that I thought of that could very much be included into any MMO.
Bromancers
This job class would be their version of a Necromancer. Instead of summoning legions of undead monsters to do their bidding, Bromancers summon humanoid like male creatures that devour anything their summoners want destroyed.
Majority of what they summon are male and the specialty of their summons are their life-sucking skills that feed off from what they attack. The life energy sucked on by these summoned monsters would then be transferred to the Bromancer.
Bromancers skills have a 100% damage increase on male characters and that Bromancers also induce fear to male characters that are near them. The only catch for this job class is that their attacks are halved when it comes to female characters, making them easy marks for any player using a nuker female character.
Sausage Knight
The Sausage Knight is the second "gender bender" friendly job class I thought of for an MMORPG that is gender bender friendly. The Sausage Knight is a job class that's almost similar to any knight jobs found on MMOs, the only difference is that these knights can only use daggers and that they're specialty ganks.
The Sausage Knights, unlike your typical knights boast their ganking skills and they love to fight dirty and up close. The quirks of this class is that if they're facing any male character or monster their attacks have a 50% increase in attack speed, while their backstab skills have a 100% attack damage increase with a 25% accuracy boost.
These knights however have an Achilles heel, if their facing female characters their attack speed is halved while their attack damage and skills are only 50% effective with a 50% decrease in accuracy. So in essence Sausage Knights are practically useless when it comes to female characters.
Lily
Now, moving on to the third character I would be suggesting. Lily is the melee type of character which uses knuckles and speed as their forte. Lily's attack speed and damage increases by 10% per female character in her line of sight. What's more, the attack speed boost changes to 15% if Lily has a female character that is part of the party.
Plus, if Lily is faced with any male character, Lily goes into a controlled rage instantly with her attack speed increasing 50% and her attacks are also increased 50%. Lilies are very formidable foes in PVP especially for male characters.
The only problem with Lilies is that when they are faced with Carmie, they are immidately stunned for 10 seconds and afterwards their attack speed and damaged are halved. So make sure you have a Carmie in your party if you are going into PVPs.
Carmie
Carmie's are the last gender bender job class that I thought off. Carmie's are the polar opposite of Lilies and that they are more of the game's enchanters. They are not allowed to use any weapons however they have one of the game's strongest attacks.
The Carmie's insane attack is offset by their very low hp. The thing is, Carmie's gain a 25% in armor, hp and mana if they have a Lily in the party.
These characters have imbalanced attributes that is why I strongly suggest they are only job class add-ons if developers would put them in their job class roster. Just make sure that you guys attribute them to me in your game ok? :D
