ROSE Server Rollback
As many of you know, there was a recent issue with users dropping ill-obtained items in game. The effects of these actions have spread far and wide, and because of this, we are forced to roll back the servers.
The ROSE Online servers have been rolled back to the morning of April 15th, 2010 (5:30 am PDT to be exact). This has rolled back all characters, storage, and equipment. However, this will not roll back the Mileage Storage. And Item Mall items that were used will not be automatically restored. Because of this, we urge everyone who lost out on their Item Mall items to contact the WarpPortal Support team in order to have these items restored. Please include the following information:
Items lost:
Time items were purchased:
Time items were used:
Date and time items were taken from the Mileage Storage.
Character the items were obtained on:
With this information, we will be able to restore the Item Mall items for you.
Furthermore, we are initiating double experience and double drops until Thursday, April 22nd. We apologize for this issue, and thank you all for your understanding.
