Bookmarking - Bookmarking a location enables you to teleport directly to a specific place, rather than to a random location, when using DFO Gold scrolls or spells.
You must have a blessed teleport scroll or ring of teleport control (used with a teleport scroll or the teleport spell) in order to use a bookmark and choose where you teleport.
Scroll of escape - This scroll teleports you to the town you are closest to. It is very useful when you are losing in combat. If you have a ring of teleportation control in your inventory:
Cast the teleport spell or use a teleport scroll. Your bookmark window will open. To get from the Elven Forest to Singing Island:
1. Walk from the Elven Forest down to Kent, following close to the shoreline. Then take:
2. Stanley to Gludin Town
3. Stevie to Talking Island (although boat passage between these two towns is cheaper)
4. Zeno to Singing Island
OR
1. Have Ribian send you to Hidden Valley
2. Travel the underground dungeon which connects to Singing Island
Note! Please be aware that Elves are free to visit human towns generally unharmed by human guards, but any humans entering the Elven Forest risk being attacked by the forest guardians.
