Once you complete the quest
Do not forget to destroy the glass-chambers in the room previous to the Key Eater room otherwise the Granado Espada vis quest will not be finished. Once the final boss is down go and right click on the Secret Safe (there will be a golden arrow above it, meaning the quest is completed). A cut-scene will be shown once you complete the quest.
