Expert and above skill tiers for secondary skills require you to find the books to teach you them. Artisan level requires a quest to be completed. Generally, players should spend Ether Saga Online Gold to learn and train secondary skill. All primary profession trainers outside of capitals train up to Artisan level in their respective professions.
